Burnz Fernandez was a pleasure to work with. He made the searching and sale experiences as smooth as possible for a first time home buyer like myself. He was attentive since our first meeting and listened carefully to what I desired in a home. When viewing properties, we just looked at each other and we both knew it was a hit or miss. Burnz always made himself available, whether it was viewing a property online or in person, he made time for me. When it came to reviewing escrow, loan, inspection, and closing documents he made sure I understood what I was reading and eventually signing. He never let any question unanswered. When he didn't know the answer (which was rare) he either researched it himself or provided a resource who knew more information. I'm big on communication and Burnz did not disappoint, whether it was via text or email, Burnz replied in a very timely manner. He had a "can do" attitude which was comforting especially for a first time home buyer like myself. I highly recommend Burnz Fernandez as a realtor because of his knowledge of the local market, his attention to detail, and his relentless attitude to keep a home buyer happy and free of stress. But more than anything, I appreciated that Burnz actually cared. He asked how I was doing at every opportunity that he had a chance to ask. You can tell it was genuine. When you feel that from an agent, you know that he's not in it just for the money but instead it's because he actually cares for his clients and wants to nurture and build on that client/agent relationship. God willing, if I have another opportunity to purchase another home or investment property, I would be more than happy to work with Burnz Fernandez again.
